If you seriously want to improve your photographic skills, but don't like negative criticism, then DON'T post your pictures on this thread.
If you are prepared to accept the members critique of your shots, to improve your picture taking abilities, then by all means, post away.
*FAO-Ken ... Can you pin this message to the top please.

Hahahaha.... thanks Ken !!!!
Now all we need is some people, as well as me, to post their work here for some feedback. Remember folks, you know what you like and don't like, so photo-technical expertise is not really needed, but is definately appreciated when available.
Post away, but try to keep your picture size to no more than 1000 pels on the biggest side, so everyone can view it.

I know Jorg, I am poorly and not actively taking pics but I did a photo family shoot for a friend of my daughter recently and I have been compiling a book of those images, 98 pages with 193 images - quite a task with Xmas looming. It was a deal on Amazon local £19 would have cost £84 that's a good saving but it had to be completed by 10th Dec and I was worried I would not have make the date but I can't wait to see now how it turns out. It was not for cash payment I just needed the experience really.
