I saw a commerical on TV on this so thought I would try it. Sure enough it works and is neato. Here it is in case you missed seeing it.
They called it "Snap" and it is so you can line up 2 windows side by side to view the contents.
What you do is pull one window to either the right or left (doesn't matter which way is first) and let the mouse curser touch the side of your screen. The window will "snap" into place there.
Next pull the second window to the opposite site of the screen and do the same... let the cursor touch the side of your screen. It will snap into place there.
You can then view both your windows side by side; no flipping back and forth; no wrestling with it to line them up etc... neat eh?

I couldn't either until I let the mouse cursor touch the side of the screen. I grab the window at the top and move it towards the side but keep going until the cursor touches the side. Maybe try hold it there for a second and see. It helps when grabbing the window to grab the right or left side of the top part of the window then not so much of the window goes off screen until it snaps.

Its a bit weird if you have got an extended desktop. You get half a screen on one monitor, half a screen on the other and a two foot gap in between

I've never tried it but, with two screens side by side, I don't have to.
I will give it a shot later on today anyway. First, i'll have to make my screens smaller when they open. Currently, they open at full size.

Hi Judy, It's brilliant! I am always doing that with pics and fiddling around trying to resize and align, this is just brilliant, thank you!
Ooh! I just tried it with Word and Excel it works for that too!
This such a help!

Its a great idea for people with a single monitor, but you cant beat an extended desktop. I did have 3 monitors running at one time, but I got fed up with looking over my shoulder to see my control panel.
